FontaFit max Help

In case of connection problems, check the following notes

  1. Is the watch charged and switched on?
    First try pressing the side button. If the display won't power on, the watch is switched off or the battery is empty. Press and hold the side button (if there are two buttons, press the top button) for about 5 seconds. If the display does not switch on, charge the watch. To do this, use the charging unit included in the delivery. Press the rear part of the charging unit so that it opens. Place the charging unit so that the contacts on the back of the watch are in contact with the pins of the charging clip. The charging unit can be connected to any USB-A charger or the USB-A port of a computer. As soon as the watch is charging, a battery symbol appears on the display. The charging time is approx. 3 hours, depending on the battery charge level. When the battery is fully charged, this is shown in the display.
  2. Is there another smartphone connected to the watch nearby?
    If you have previously connected to another smartphone, please switch off the Bluetooth function on the other smartphone so that it is disconnected from the watch. Then try to connect the watch to the smartphone again. Make sure that you remove the watch from all smartphones that are no longer used with the watch. To do this, remove the watch in the FontaFit max app, as well as the Bluetooth settings of the smartphone.
  3. Restart the Bluetooth function of the smartphone.
    If the watch is switched on and is near the smartphone, but the watch is not found via the FontaFit max app, try switching the Bluetooth function on your smartphone off and on.
  4. Try restarting the smartphone.
    If restarting the Bluetooth function does not help, restart the smartphone.
  5. Data is not transferred to the smartphone during workouts.
    During a workout or while the watch is registering movements, data is not automatically transferred to the smartphone. Synchronise the data manually via the FontaFit max app by swiping from the top to the bottom of the start screen or wait until you have finished the workout. The data is then automatically transferred to the smartphone.
